Turtle-tracks Cowl, Two-needle

So, whenever people saw me knitting this one, they asked, "What are you knitting?" And I, of course, replied, "A cowl." Now, no one knew what I was talking about so I had to explain it to them. A cowl is like a tubular scarf; it is a tube that goes around your neck to keep you warm, and it uses less yarn then a scarf.
Again, this is a pattern that was originally on the round, with circular needles, but I don't like circular needles, so I knit it on two. Actually, I lied. I started knitting it on two, but it ended up being too large, so a transferred it to a 32" circular needle and knit back and forth on there (yes, even though I don't like circular needles, I still own a few). You could knit it on two needles, but be warned: it's not going to fit well, and you're going to have to bunch it up and use the entirety of the needle to hold it.

Needles: Two size 8 or 5mm needles, or an at least 24" size 8 or 5mm circular needle.
Yarn: Worsted Weight. One normal sized (I believe 7oz) skein is plenty, though I'm not sure if there's enough leftover for more than a single sock.
Gauge: Umm... doesn't really matter. It's the equivalent of a scarf...
